CHOCOLATE PUDDING
・Chocolate...1 bar
・White chocolate...1 bar
・Sugar...2 TBSP(1 TBSP IN EACH FLAVOUR))
・Milk...2 cups ( 1 CUP IN EACH FLAVOUR))
・Gelatine powder...6g(3g IN EACH FLAVOUR)
・Strawberry...2 grains
・Whipped cream...few
STEPS
PREPARATION
・Dissolve gelatine powder with 1 TBSP of water then make it to 2 serves
・Heat milk about to 37 degrees
・Double boil the chocolate bars(remain some for toppings)
1. Add sugar, milk and gelatine liquid to each chocolate/ white chocolate bowl
2. Place a ice bowl underneath the choco bowls to chill, blend well to get the sticky texture
3. Pour the choco mixture in pudding cups(containers), let it chill in the freezer
4. Top with whipped cream then deco with a strawberry
5. Sprinkle some shredded white &chocolates on the puddings to finish
(Pair shredded white to choco and vice versa )
