Cheese Baumkuchen Brulee
■ Cooking time: about 50 minutes (excluding cooling time in refrigerator)

■ Ingredients
· Egg yolk ... 1
· Sugar ... 3 tablespoons
· Flour ... 1 tablespoon
· Heavy cream ... 200ml
· Cream cheese ... 200 g
· Lemon juice ... 1 teaspoon
· Baumkuchen ... 1 unit
■ Steps
1. Add egg yolk, sugar, flour in a bowl and mix. Microwave for 30 seconds at 500 w, mix, and heat again for 30 seconds
2. Add cream cheese, heavy cream, lemon juice to bowl and mix
3. Pour 2 into Baumkuchen and bake in a 160 degree oven for 25 minutes to 30 minutes.
When cool to touch, cool further in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Add sugar to top (appropriate amount; not included in ingredients) and burn with a torch to complete♪
