You can enter the clock tower with an entrance fee, and the first floor is an exhibition that introduces the history of the tower clock. The second floor is a hall, and is open for rent to have weddings and concerts. Outside there is a special spot for a memorable picture, so when you visit don't forget to snap yourself one!
