Kimchi Cheese Rolled Omelette
■ Ingredients
· Eggs ... 3
· Sake ... 2 tablespoons
· Chicken stock ... 1/2 teaspoon
· Kimchi ... 100g
· Cheese ... 50g
· Olive oil ... appropriate amount
■ Steps
1. Put eggs, sake, chicken stock granules in a bowl and mix well
2. Thinly oil omelette maker with olive oil and pour in ¼ of step 1over medium heat
3. Place kimchi and cheese on step 2 and roll the omelette to the back. Thinly oil with olive oil again and pour in a third of the remaining egg mixture and roll. Continue until no mixture remains.
4. Cut it in the size you like and it’s done♪
