■ Ingredients
・ Daikon radish… 1/3 (200g)
・ Curry powder ... 1 tablespoon
・ Parmesan cheese ... 1 tablespoon
・ Salt… 1/3 tsp
・ Starch powder ... 2 tablespoons
・ Soft flour ... 2 tablespoons

■ Steps
1. Shred radish (skin attached is ok)
2. Add curry powder, parmesan cheese and salt to radish, mix and leave for 5 minutes
3. Sprinkle a mixture of potato flour and soft flour, fry in 170 ° C oil for 4-5 minutes to complete.
