FULL RECIPE:

■ Ingredients 6 cookies
«Cookie dough»
· Cake Flour ... 150g
· Baking powder ... 1/2 teaspoon
· Cocoa powder ... 20g
· Butter ... 100 g
· Eggs ... 1
· Granulated sugar ... 100 g

«Frosting»
· Mini Marshmallow ... Appropriate amount
· Powdered sugar ... 100 g
· Butter ... 5g
· Milk ... 1 tablespoon
· Food color (red / black)

■ Steps
1. <Make cookie dough> Mix butter, sugar and egg in that order in a bowl.
2. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder into bowl of 1. Mix it thoroughly.
3. Place by spoon on a baking tray with parchment paper, and flatten the surface.
4. Bake for about 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. (Because it is soft right after baking, cut it in half before cooling it and transfer it to cooling rack to cool.)
5. <Make Frosting> Pour powdered sugar, milk, butter into a bowl and whip. Add food color (red and black) to make dark red.
6. Apply frosting to the top and back of the cookie, arrange the mini marshmallows like teeth, sandwich with cookie, and it's done♪
