Tofu Mochi Dumplings
■ Ingredients
· Silk tofu ... 120g
· White rice powder ... 90g
· Potato starch ... 10g
(Sauce)
· Sugar ... 2 tbsp
· Potato starch powder ... 1 tsp
· Soy sauce ... 1 tbsp
· Teaspoonful 1 tsp
· Mirin ... 2 tablespoons
· Tbsp 3 tablespoons
Procedure
1. Mix bean curd with white polka dots, potato starch and knead until it becomes as hard as earlobe.
2. Make it beautifully, boil for 2 minutes with hot water and tighten with ice water.
3. Heat the rest of the seasoning in a pot and heat it with a low heat until thickening.
4. Completion by spreading a dumpling ♪
