・ Sushi you like
<Tempura powder>
・ Eggs… 1
・ Cold water ... 150cc
・ Soft flour (cake flour)… 100g
■ Steps:
1. Sprinkle your favorite sushi with the tempura powder and fry in 170 degree oil to finish.
