How to Make Mermaid Smoothie Bowl
■ Ingredients
- Banana ... 2 pieces
- Avocado ... 1/2 pieces
- Coconut milk ... 200ml
- Yogurt ... 50 g
- Spirulina
- Honey ... 2 tablespoons
Toppings
- Oat wheat ... 2 tablespoons
- Coconut Long ... 1 teaspoon

■ Steps
Preparation: Cut the banana and avocado into bite-size pieces and freeze them.
1. Put banana, avocado, coconut milk, yoghurt, honey in a blender.
