Deep Fried Egg with Veggies
■Ingredients( For 4 )
・Pork Belly…8 slices
・Boiled Egg…2
・Red Pepper…1/2
・Snow Peas…4
・Cheese…100g
・Mayonnaise…2Tsp
・Flour
・Beaten Egg…1
・Panko
・Salad Oil
■Steps
1.Slice a red pepper and cut snow peas into half. Sprinkle some salt and microwave(600w 30seconds).
2. Cut the boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Chop cheese into small pieces.
3. Put 2 slices of pork belly together and lay on a board. Spread mayonnaise on top.
4. Wrap a boiled egg, pepper, snow peas, cheese with the pork.
5.Dip it in flour, beaten egg, panko. Deep fry for 4-5 mins(170 degrees). Cut in half and serve!
