FULL RECIPE

■ Ingredients
· Sponge cake ... 1 unit (using chocolate dough this time)
· Matcha powder ... 1 tablespoon
· Heavy cream ... 200ml
· Sugar ... 20 g
· White chocolate ... 80g
· Food coloring ... appropriate amount
■ Steps
1. Color the melted white chocolate and draw a cherry blossom petal on parchment paper
2. Draw a line with white chocolate in the bottom of the petal and put the tip of the petal on a rolling pin and cool in the refrigerator
3. Place heavy cream, sugar, powdered green tea powder in the bowl and whip until stiff peaks form
4. Apply 1 to the sponge cake
