Easy Garlic Butter Chicken
■ Ingredients
· Chicken thigh ... 1 sheet (about 240 g)
· Potato starch powder ... 2 tbsp
· Salad oil ... 2 tbsp
· Garlic ... 2 cloves
· Butter ... 1 tbsp
<Sauce>
· Sugar ... 1 tbsp
· Liquor ... 3 tbsp
· Mirin ... 3 tbsp
· Soy sauce ... 3 tbsp
■ Steps
1. Mix together sauce ingredients
2. Pierce the skin of chicken with a fork
3. Put the potato starch to the chicken
4. Put 2 tbsp of salad oil in a frying pan, add garlic and remove before its burned
5. Pan fry it for 7 minutes with a high medium heat
