NO-BAKE STRAWBERRY DOT CHEESECAKE
・Cream cheese...200g
・Yogurt...180g
・Sugar...65g
・Lemon juice...2 tbsp
・Heavy cream...120ml
・Gelatine powder...10g
・Sponge cake...1 serve
・Strawberry...1 punnet
・Strawberry jam...3 TBSP
STEPS
PREPARATION
※ Mix gelatine powder with 2 TBSP of water to dissolve
1. Place cream cheese, sugar, yogourt , lemon juice and heavy cream in a food processor and combine them well
2. Add dissolved gelatine in the mixture then blend well, get 3 TBSP of the gelatine then place in another bowl
3. Place the sponge cake in the pan, prepare half cut strawberry then stick along the pan, finally, pour half of the mixture in the pan, bang on the counter then add in minced strawberry in the middle of the cake, pour the rest of mixture then let it chill in the freezer.
4. Prepare a sheet of baking paper, pour the gelatine on the paper, then let it chill in the freezer
5. Use egg ring to cut off dots of the frozen gelatine, do it couple of times
6. Place the gelatine on the top of cake, spoon strawberry sauce into the holes to fill up
