・ “Katakuriko” powder ... 10 g
・ Hot water ... 150 ml
・Salad oil ... 1 teaspoon
・ Salt soup ... Appropriate amount
・ Dill ... small amount

■ Steps:
[Preparation]
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix until it is sticky, and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

1. In a separate bowl, add wheat starch, katakuriko and hot water. mix and wrap. Steam for 10 minutes.
2. Add salad oil and knead until firm.
