Perfect for Gifts! Rose Crepe

■ Ingredients cost About 250 yen
■ Ingredients:
· Light flour (Hakurikiko) ... 80g
· Sugar ... 30 g
· Milk ... 190ml
· Eggs ... 1 piece
· Vanilla essence ... appropriate amount
· Red food coloring ... appropriate quantity
· Fresh cream ... appropriate amount
· Custard cream ... appropriate amount
■ Steps:
1. In a bowl, add light flour, sugar and mix lightly. Add milk, eggs, vanilla essence and mix further.
2. Divide mixture into 3 and add some coloring so that it looks like an ombre.
3. Place 2 tablespoons each on a plate to make a gradation, bake it round.
4. Put onto a plate, complete with foamed fresh cream, custard cream, roll it, and shape it
