INGREDIENTS

<CARAMEL SYRUP>
・Sugar...50g
・Water...2 TBSP

<PUDDING>
・Egg(M)...3
・Sugar...50g
・Vanilla extract ...few dashes
・Milk...370ml

<CAKE SPONGE>
・Egg...1
・Sugar...30g
・Self-rasing flour...35g
・Butter...5g
・Milk...1TBSP

STEPS

1.(CARAMEL SYRUP)
Add sugar and 1 TBSP of water in a pan, cook in a medium heat until the caramel colour comes out. Pour the syrup in a container then add heated water in it. Next, pour the syrup to the cake mold.

2.(PUDDING)
Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl. Micowave at 600w for 2 mins then add heated milk. Pour the mixture to the cake mold.

3.(CAKE SPONGE)
Place eggs and sugar and whisk until the peak is slightly lifted.
4. Combine flour and no.3, blend it, add melted butter and milk.
5. Pour the sponge cake mixture into the cake mold.
6. Preheat the oven in 170℃, then using a water bath to bake the puding cake for 40 min.
7. Refregerate to cool down. Take off the mold when the cake is cooled down completely.
