-Salt and Pepper: 1Pinch
-Shimeji mushrooms: 1/4 Packet
-Canned Demi Glace Sauce: 1/4Can (80g)
-Red wine: 1Tbsp
1. Make sauce. Slice onion and separate mushrooms.
2. Fry the onion with heated oil until they become translucent and add mushrooms. Add red wine and fry until the alcohol cooks away.
3. Add Demi Glace Sauce and Water. Simmer until it thickens.
4.Make an omelette. Separate egg yorks and egg whites. Add powdered cheese, milk, salt and pepper to the egg yorks and mix.
5.Add sugar to the egg whites and beat until they form stiff peaks
6.Add 5 to 4 and mix gently and evenly.
7.Heat frying pan with oil and pour 6. Cook over low heat with the lid.
Fold in half and lay on the plate on top of the sauce.
In step.7 Remove the lid and check the surface. Ready to fold when it's dry!
