Easy Colorful Pickles
■ INGREDIENTS
1/2 YELLOW ZUCCHINI
1/2 GREEN ZUCCHINI
8 CHERRY TOMATOES
300cc VINEGAR
300cc WATER
6TBS SUGAR
4TSP SALT
2 BAY LEAVES
■ STEPS
1. COMBINE VINEGAR, WATER, SUGAR, SALT AND BAY LEAVES. BRING TO A BOIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT. TURN OFF THE HEAT AND LET IT COOL. POUR IT INTO THE JAR.
2. BRING THE WATER TO BOIL, COOK QUAIL EGGS FOR 3MIN.
3. SLICE YELLOW&GREEN ZUCCHINI, WARP THE QUAIL EGGS AND LOAD UP SKEWERS WITH CHERRY TOMATOES.
4. MARINATE FOR 3 HOURS.
