Takoyaki in Frying Pan!

■ Ingredients
· Takoyaki flour ... 100g
· Eggs ... 1
· Water ... 300ml
· Octopus ... 50g
· Tenkasu (fried dough bits) ... appropriate amount
· Red pickled ginger ... appropriate amount
· Scallions ... appropriate amount
Topping
· Sauce ... appropriate amount
· Mayonnaise ... appropriate amount
· Dried bonito flakes ... appropriate amount
· Seaweed pieces ... appropriate amount
■ Steps
1. Add takoyaki flour, eggs and water to a bowl and mix.
2. Pour 1 into a rectangular frying pan, scatter on the octopus, tenkasu, red ginger and scallion.
3. When 2 begins to harden, fold it from the back and cook the opposite side.
4. Take it out on a dish, top with sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes, seaweed and it's done♪
