Because it’s Summer! ♡ Fruit Tapioca
■ Ingredients:
・ Tapioca flour ... 300 g
・ 80g of strawberry
・Kiwi ... 80 g
・ Mango ... 120 g
・ Basil seed ... appropriate amount
・ Syrup ... appropriate amount
■ Steps:
1. Add strawberry, kiwi and mango and puree in a mixer.
Heat for 10 seconds in a 600 W microwave oven.
2. Add basil seeds and each puree to 100 g of tapioca flour.
3. Round it to the size you want.
4. Put it in boiling water and boil until floating. Put in cold water.
5. Soak in syrup for 1 hour.
6. Pour your favorite juice in to complete.
