I tried wearing Okayama's specialty, Ebimeshi, in a purse!!

■Ingredients
・Onions...1/2
・Shrimp...100g
・Rice...200g

・Demi-glace sauce...1 tbsp
・Worcester sauce...1 tbsp
・Ketchup...1 tsp
・Soy sauce... ¼ tsp

・Thin roasted eggs...5
・Fry shrimp...5
・Chive...5

■ Steps
Boil the chive and take it in cold water, and keep it dry.
Bake eggs in a thin circle, about 15 cm.
1. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cut into large cubes and fry onions until transparent.
2. Add shrimp and fry.
3. Add rice and sauce ingredients and stir-fry while mixing.
4. Place the thinly roasted eggs on the bowl, put the fried shrimp on it, close the thinly roasted eggs, and tie with leek to complete.
