Delicious Crispy Ice Cream Biscuits
Using a French cookie recipe, we added ice cream to it for ultimate satisfaction!
■ Cooking time: about 40 minutes (except for the time to chill)
■ Ingredients cost: about 610 yen
■ Ingredients 4 pieces
・ Egg white ... 50 g
・Powdered sugar: 50 g
・ Honey ... 50 g
・ Weak flour (Hakurikiko) ... 50 g
・ Melted butter ... 50 g
・ Chocolate ice cream ... 400 g
・ Chocolate ... suitable amount
・ Diced almond ... suitable amount
■ Steps:
1. Add egg whites, powdered sugar, honey and flour to a bowl and mix.
2. Add melted butter at the end and mix.
3. Pour 2 pieces into a rectangle on a baking sheet and bake in a 180 degree oven for 7 minutes.
4. While it's hot, wrap it around a thin rod and let it cool.
5. When it cools, pour in chocolate ice cream in the hole and chill in a freezer for 2 hours.
6. Dip in melted chocolate(melted with hot water) and diced almonds. Complete!
