■ Ingredients
«Caramel Sauce»
· Granulated sugar ... 1 tablespoon
· Water ... 1 tablespoon

· Egg (M size) ... 1
· Milk ... 120ml
· Granulated sugar ... 1.5 tablespoons

■ Steps
1. In a heat-resistant container, add 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon water. Microwave at 600w for 1 minute and a half. (Heat until there is a slight bitter scent and it turns into dark brown color. Add 10 seconds heating time, check, and continue to add if not yet done.)
2. Add 1/2 teaspoons of water to step 1 and allow to incorporate well, and let cool. (Please be careful as the caramel is very hot and may splash if you add water.)
3. Break egg into a bowl and mix with chopsticks being careful not to make it foamy. Add granulated sugar and milk and mix. (Add a few drops of vanilla essence and the flavor of the pudding will be better!)
4. Place a tea strainer on cup from step 2 and gently pour the pudding solution in. (If you oil inside the cup with vegetable oil before pouring the pudding solution in, the pudding becomes easier to remove later.)
5. Microwave at 600w for 2 minutes. (If the surface starts to bubble during heating, immediately stop heating and remove.)
6. After taking it out, wrap in plastic wrap and cover with a towel to allow remaining heat to continue cooking the pudding.
7. Once roughly cool, cool it further in the refrigerator and it’s done♪
