INGREDIENTS( Round mould in size 6)
・Heavy cream...200ml
・Sponge cake...1
・Pocky...2.5 packs(add more if need)
・Strawberries, maple chocolate(for icing)...as you expected

(Preparation) Using a paring knife to cut the sponge cake twice to make 4 layers
Double boil the chocolate to melt

1. Put heavy cream in a bowl, whip the cream until the peak is lifted firmly.
(It would be easier if using cold bath to make whipped cream)
Then add in the melted chocolate into the whipped cream, blend it until it goes smoothy.
2. Put the first layer of sponge in the mould, then spread over whipped cream on it, repeat same until the sponge cake are all layered with cream. Do the frosting with whipped cream as well.
3. Decorate the sides with pocky cookies. Then top with strawberries, maple chocolate and so on(any type of toppings that you prefer) to finish.
