■ Ingredients

<Dough>
· Bread flour ... 200g
· Milk ... 140 g (Warmed to about 37℃)
· Granulated sugar ... 10 g
· Salt ... 3g
· Unsalted butter ... 10 g
· Dry yeast ... 3g

· Chocolate pen (brown · white) ... 1
· Chocolate pen (brown) ... 1
· Custard cream ... appropriate amount

■ Steps
(Preparation) Put all dough ingredients in home bakery, and let it work until primary fermentation stage
1. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
