INGREDIENTS (1 SERVE)
Lemon juice...2 tbsp
Sponge cake(12cm)...2 serves(One serve is shaped as a chiffon cake)
Cut strawberries into quarters(long cut)
1. Place strawberries, blue berries, raspberries, honey and lemon juice in a bowl, mix them well.
2. Slice each serve of sponge cake into two layers, scoop out the middle of two layers of sponge cakes by a egg ring,
3. Apply whipped cream over a layer of sponge cake, top up two layer of sponges that the centres have been cut, place as many as fruits in the created room then top up last layer of sponge cake.
4. Frost the cake with whipped cream, top with preferred berries, garnish with some leaves of mint to finish
