(Salted green onions Sauce )
Chicken stock powder...1/2 TBSP ★
Garlic paste...1/2 tbsp ★
Potato startch...1/2 tbsp ★
Asian leek ...1/4
Salt and pepper...sprinkles
White sesame...1 tbsp
Sliced pork belly...4 slices
Sesame oil...1/2 tbsp
Mince asian leek and chop scallion into small bite size
1. Mix ★ and water, minced asian leek and chopped scallion together
2. Add white sesame into cooked rice, blend it properly and make it to 4 serves.
Rinse the hand and grab a serve of rice on the palm to make it look like nigiri. Wrap it with sliced pork.
3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, place the rolls in the pan and grill.
4. When the colours of the rolls begin to turn to golden brown, add the mixed sauce that made at step 1 then simmer it for a little whilte. Then garnish with extra whilte sesame(optional) to finish
