Flower Bouquet from Peaches!
■ Cooking time: about 40 minutes (excluding cooling time)
■ Ingredients cost: About 700 yen
■ Ingredients
Peach compote
· Peach ... 1 piece
· Water ... 200ml
· White wine ... 200ml
· Sugar ... 70 g
· Lemon ... 1/4 pieces
· Sponge ... 20 g
· Tapioca ... 10 g
· Whipped cream ... 80 g
· Mint ... appropriate amount
■ Steps
1. Wash the peach neatly and cut in half
2. Pour water, white wine, sugar, lemon juice in a pan, boil it, put 1 peach and heat it for 10 minutes on low heat. Put it until it’s not hot. Cool for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
3. When the peach cools, remove the skin and slice it. Then roll it inwards.
4. Add sponge cake, whipped cream, peach compote (corners cut), tapioca, sponge cake, whipped cream in that order in the glass.
5. Decorate peach compote you rounded inwards in step 3. Add in colorful tapioca, complete by decorating with mint leaves.
