2. Apply clear blue gel twice.
3. Draw seaweed with blue, green, yellow-green, white and red gels.
4. Draw angelfish, white haze and small fish.

6. Fill the gap between the chips with a mixture.
7. Put the starfish and shell parts and glitter, and finally add baby oil with a dropper.
8. Close the top firmly with the mixture to complete.
