・ Shimeji mushroom… 1/2 pack
・ Basil ... 6 pieces
・ Garlic ... 4 pieces
・ Chili pepper ... 1
・ Salt ... a little
・ Olive oil ... 1.5 tbsp
・ Water ... 200 ml

・ Grated cheese ... appropriate amount
・ Pepper ...
・ Decorative basil ... a little

■ Steps
1. Put half-pasta, shimeji mushrooms, chopped basil, garlic, chili pepper, salt, olive oil and water in a bowl and heat in a 600W microwave for 9 minutes.
2. Mix 1 well and decorate with grated cheese, pepper and basil.


◯ Cheese risotto with salmon and miso
■ Ingredients
・ Rice ... 100g
・ Salmon flakes ... 30g
・ Bacon ... 20g
・ Miso ... ½ tsp
・ Cheese dressing ... 1 tbsp
・ Soy milk ... 100 ml

・ Hot spring egg ... 1
・ Pepper ...
・ Grated cheese ...
・ Parsley ... a little

Steps
1. Put rice, salmon flakes, bacon, miso, cheese dressing and soy milk in a bakeware and heat in a 600W range for 3 minutes.
2. Mix 1 well and sprinkle with hot spring eggs, pepper, grated cheese and parsley to complete.

■ Ingredients
・ Eggplant… 2
・ Kataguri powder ... 1 tbsp.
・ Grilled chicken meat ... 100g
・ Maitake ... 1/2 pack
・ Shiitake mushrooms ... 4
・ Paprika ... 1/2
・ Peppers ... 2

seasoning
・ Soy sauce ... 1 tsp
・ Sake ... 2 tsp
・ Grated ginger ... 1 tsp
・ Grated garlic ... 1 tsp
・ Peanut soy sauce ... 1 tsp
・ Gochujang sauce ... 1 tsp
・ Chili pepper ... 1
・ Chicken soup ... 100ml

・ All-purpose leek ... appropriate amount

■ Steps
1. Put eggplant and potato starch in a bakeware and mix once. Add minced chicken meat, maitake mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, paprika and peppers and wrap gently and heat in a 600W microwave for 5 minutes.
2. Mix 1 gently, add all seasoning, mix and heat again in the microwave for 5 minutes.
3. Mix lightly and sprinkle allium leek to complete.
