Sauteed Salmon in Korean Inspired Sauce
■ Ingredients
· Salmon fillet ... 2 slices
· Salt pepper ... appropriate amount
· Sesame oil ... appropriate amount
<Sauce>
· Pepper paste ... 1 tablespoon
· Mayonnaise ... Tbsp
· Sugar ... 1 tsp
· Ginger ... appropriate amount
■ STeps
1. Make 2 ~ 3 slices of salmon fillets and lightly put salt on both sides.
2. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.
3. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and bake salmon on both sides. Pour sauce on top and its done!
