■Ingredients (2-3 servings)
・½ yellow bell pepper
・15 nappa cabbage leaves
・2 bunch of spinach
・ 150g pork belly
・ 5 slices of bacon
・ 1 onion
・ Salt and pepper
・ Sauce of you choice. (ponzu, sesame sauce, etc.)
(Preparation) Cut the bacon into strips and slice the onion into 1cm slices
1. Cut the carrot, bell pepper and spinach and cook them with nappa cabbage in a pot of boiling water.
2. Allow the vegetables to cool. Wrap 1, pork belly and bacon with nappa cabbage. Cut them in half.
3. Place onions and 2 in a pot. Season with salt & pepper and add water. Cover and cook over medium heat.
