Black chocolate ... 100g
Black cocoa powder ... 40g

Freeze-dried strawberry ... moderate amount

Preparation
For chocolate, cut it and put toppings into heat-resistant containers and heat them in the microwave to melt them (500w 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds).

1. Add eggs, sugar, fresh cream, butter and chocolate and mix well.
2. Add black cocoa powder and mix well.
3. Pour into a mold and bake at 170 ° C for 40 minutes.
4. When cooled, remove from the mold. Add chocolate for toppings, freeze-dried strawberry, and diced pistachio toppings.
