Overflowing Sauce! Earl Gray Bavarois

■ Ingredients
· Milk ... 200ml
· Sugar ... 100 g
· Earl Gray tea bag ... 1
· Gelatin ... 10 g
· Water ... 5 tablespoons
· Heavy cream ... 200ml
· Caramel sauce (store bought) ... appropriate amount
■ Steps
1. Put milk, sugar, Earl Gray tea pack in a pan and warm until just before boiling.
2. Add gelatin bloomed in water (5 tablespoons) and transfer to a bowl.
3. Place cream in a bowl and whisk until thickened.
4. While chilling, mix 2 until it thickens, add 3 and mix, pour into mold and chill for 2-3 hours in refrigerator.
5. Transfer 4 to a dish and pour the sauce in. Done♪
