Spinach dough
・ Weak flour (hakurikiko) ... 70 g
・ Strong flour (Kyouryokuko) ... 30 g
・ Spinach powder ... 5 g
・ Sugar-7g
・ Salt ... 1/4 teaspoon
・ Yeast ... 2 g
・ Sesame oil ... 1/2 tbsp
・ Lukewarm water ... 50 ml
Pumpkin dough
・ Weak flour (hakurikiko) ... 70 g
・ Strong flour (Kyouryokuko)... 30 g
・ Pumpkin powder ... 5 g
・Sugar-7g
・ Salt ... 1 tsp
・ Yeast ... 2 g
・ Sesame oil ... 1/2 tbsp
・ Lukewarm water ... 50 ml
■ Steps
[Preparation]
1. Put the ingredients of each dough except lukewarm water and sesame oil in a bowl and mix gently.
2. Add sesame oil and lukewarm water and knead until the surface is smooth.
3. Wrap and ferment for 40 minutes.
【Steps】
1. Make white dough into a 10 cm rod and a 2 cm round ball.
2. Stretch the spinach dough to a thickness of 1 cm and cut it out into a circle.
Fold it in half and use a circle to hollow out the middle a little.
3. Open up 2 pieces of dough and wrap 3 pieces of rolled dough around the hole.
4. Stretch the pumpkin dough to a thickness of 1 cm and cut it into 1 cm wide bars. Mark the surface at 5 mm intervals. Put it on a 10 cm rod and wrap it.
