Mashed Potato & Cheese de Bacon Roll
Mashed potatoes and cheese wrapped in bacon and baked ♡
Crispy bacon, mashed potatoes, and cheese that comes out from the inside, yum!♡
■ Ingredients:
・ Potato… 2 medium (about 400g)
・ Butter (margarine available) ... 30g
・ Milk ... 50cc
・ Salt and pepper ... appropriate amount
・ Bacon (long)… 10 sheets
・ Cheese… Amount you like
■ Steps:
1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces of appropriate size, and cook in a microwave until soft (7 minutes)
2. Put in a bowl and crush it firmly so that no lumps remain
3. Put butter and milk in a bowl, mix well, and salt and pepper while tasting
4. Arrange 5 bacons on a cutting board
5. Put the mashed potatoes made in step 3 on bacon, put the desired amount of cheese, and put the mashed potatoes
6. Wrap it in bacon, put bacon on it, wrap it in bacon and roll it vertically
7. Bake one side for 5-7 minutes in a heated frying pan to complete ♪
