Turning a whole watermelon into push-up jelly pops!
・ Jelly powder (jello): 40g
・ Hot water ... 60ml
・ Marshmallow ... 80g
・ Watermelon ... Net 400g
・ Sugar ... 20g
・ Gelatin ... 15g
・ Chocolate chips ... appropriate amount
1. Cut out the watermelon and put it in the mixer. Strain with gauze
2. Dissolve jelly powder (jello) in hot water. Add marshmallows, heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, mix and pour into the mold. Cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and harden.
3. Warm watermelon juice and add gelatin to dissolve. (If the sweetness is not enough, add sugar if you want, to dissolve.)Cool, pour over step 2 and cool and harden in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
4. In a slightly thickened state, add chocolate chips and mix gently. Cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours to complete.
