Poached Egg(from shops)...1
Olive oil...2 tbsp
Cut an avocado in half, scoop out the seed and peel the skin.
Roll it into the salt and pepper.
Stuff a poached egg in the avocado then put the other half of avocado back in.
Wrap the avocado with prosciutto then blush the olive oil over o finish.
