- Heavy cream...300ml
- Egg white...2
- Lemon juice...5teaspoon
- Food coloring(red, blue, yellow, green)...1teaspoon (adjust to the color you like)
1.Put cold egg white into a bowl and mix with a hand mixer.
2.After making meringue, add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
3.Put heavy cream into a bowl and beat until soft peaks form.
4.Prepare five same-sized cup and pour 1teaspoon of lemon juice in each container.
5.Add food coloring in each cup. If the color is too light, add one more teaspoon of it. To make purple color, add a little red food coloring into blue one.
6.Add whipped cream and meringue into each cup equally and mix it with a spatula.
7.Cut the upper half of a milk carton and add the mixture in the order of purple, blue, yellow green, yellow, pink.(Remember to make each surface flat!)
8.Put the milk carton standing into a refrigerator for about 12 hours.
9.After it's set, cut and open the carton with a cutter knife. Enjoy your cake!
