・Japanese sake...2 TBSP
・Milin seasoning...2 TBSP
1. Remove fats from the thigh score a line through the middle part of the meat with the tip of the knife along the length of the meat. Cut aisna leek in 5cm length.
2. Let skin side face down and cook in a frying pan until the skin goes crispy, meanwhile, the chicken oil is drained by heat. Place asian leek in the pan to cook until the color goes brown.
3. Mix ☆ ingredients all together to make sauce. Add the sauce in the pan and let it simmer until the sauce slightly goes off and become sticky.
4. Chop the cooked meat in a bite size, top on the cooked rice and egg yolk or sesame to finish.
