Colorful Fruits Scoop Cheese Cake
■ Ingredients
· Fruit of your choice (kiwi, pineapple, mixed berry) ... your favorite amount
· Cookies or crackers ... 150g
· Milk ... 3 tbsp
· Fresh cream ... 200cc
· Cream cheese ... 200g (room temperature)
· Sugar ... 60g
· Lemon juice ... 2 tsp
■ Steps
1. Cut the fruits to an appropriate size. Separate some for topping.
2. Break cookies and add milk.
3. Make whipped cream.
4. Combine the cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice and mix well..
5. Add whpped cream and mix fruits.
6. Put No.2 and No.5 on a cake pan. Decorate the topping fruit on top. And refregerate it till cold.
