Mochi is one of the main dishes served at a Japanese New Years.
The usually white and simple mochi, become this cute with just a few tricks!

-Base ingredients for mochi-
250g Dango powder
125g Hot water
100g Sugar

How to:
1. mix in the dango powder and sugar in a bowl
2. Put hot water
3. Mix. When it become cold enough, mix with hands
When it is not sticky anymore, take it out of the bowl and mold it until smooth

With this you are done with the basic white dough.
Add colors to make decorative mochi

Total 300g
190g white
90g blue
20g red

Eat the mochi steamed
