1. Separate yolks from white.
then add sugar and lemon juice in egg white, whip gently until the peak is lifted firmly.
2. Add yogurt into yolks then blend it properly. Add sifted self-raising flour and baking powder in it then blend it well, add milk in and have it combined well. Make the mixer into 3 serves with a rubber spatular.
3. Preheat a frying pan, pour 1 serve of mixture in the pan then put the lid to cook in low heat for 5 mins. Turn the heat to lowest when the surface is well cooked and dry, flip and cook another side for another 5 mins to finish♪
