INGREDIENTS( APPROX 2 SERVES)
・Salt and pepper...pinches
・Dark soy sauce...1 tbsp
・Japanese sake...1 TBSP
・Chicken stock...1 tbsp
・Ginger paste( tube packaging)...1 tbsp
・Plain flour...3 TBSP
・Corn starch...1 TBSP
・Paprika powder...1/4 tbsp
・Soy rick crackers...30g
・Corn starch...2 tbsp
・Vegetable oil...amount for deep frying
1. Mix (A)ingredients properly.
2. Dice chicken breast then seasoning with salt, dark soy sauce, japanese sake, chicken stock and ginger paste. Mix them well then let it sit for 30 mins.
3. Put the rice crackers in a zip bag then use a rolling pin to smash it gently. Mix it with corn starch and bread crumbs.
4. Combine marinated chicken with (A) ingredients. Pour the mixed powder in a baking tray.
Roll the marinated meats in the mixed powder then deep fry in 170 degrees oil. It is ready to serve when the color goes golden brown.
