4 Easy Stretches Ideal for Working from Home!
Many people suffer from stiff shoulders and lower back pain from working remotely..
Good news for those people! Here are some simple stretches you can do in your spare time!
[Stiff shoulder stretch]
・ Open your legs across your shoulders and join your hands behind you. Reach out with your hands crossed while keeping your shoulder blades close.
Keep it for 5 seconds and slowly return to its original posture.
→ Keep your shoulder blades flat and your chest open.
→ Stand up straight without changing form or falling forward.
・ Open your legs to shoulder width and extend your hands forward and join. Push out your back and extend your hands forward.
Hold for 5 seconds and slowly return to the original posture.
→ Be aware to stretch your shoulder blades.
・ Open your legs to shoulder width. Stretch your hands forward and fold your palms outward. Lift slowly to the side of your ear. Hold for 5 seconds and slowly return to the original posture.
→ Be aware to stretch your armpits and back.
2-3 sets of ① ~ ③. Please relax and go slowly.
[Stretch for low back pain]
・ Open your legs to shoulder width. Squat down with your ankles and extend your knees with your thighs and chest together
Hold for 5 seconds and slowly return to the original posture. ‥
→ Be aware to stretch the back of your thighs.
→ Stick firmly and stretch so that there is no gap between your thighs and chest.
Travel Tips ◎ The muscles on the back of the thigh are connected to the muscles that support the pelvis, so training them will help you keep your hips in the correct position!
2-3 sets. Please relax and go slowly.
