Chewy Mille Crepe with Gyoza Wrappers!

FULL RECIPE:
■ Cooking time: about 45 minutes (excluding time to in freezer)
■ Material cost: About $5.50

■ Ingredients
· Gyoza wrappers ... 10 sheets
----Topping----
· Heavy cream ... 150 g
· Sugar ... 10 g
· Matcha powder ... 1 tablespoon
· Candied chestnuts ... 3 pieces
· Sweet cooked chestnut ... 3 pieces
· Red bean paste ... 100g

■ Steps
1. Boil water in a pot, put the gyoza wrappers in, boil for 1 minute and take it out into cold water.
2. When the wrappers cool down, pat dry with paper towels.
3. Place cream, sugar, powdered green tea powder in the bowl and mix.
4. Place the wrappers on a plate and spread the green tea cream from 3 and place wrapper on top. Continue layering.
5. Cool in the freezer for 20 minutes and cut the rim neatly.
6. Add red bean paste, chestnuts, and matcha powder on top and it's done♪

※ Since the wrappers stretch from the ones put in cold water first, it is better to put the larger ones on the bottom for easy cutting!
