Lovely and yummy♡Macaroon Donut

■ Ingredients:
Macaron dough
· Egg white ... 50g
· Sugar ... 15 g
· Almond powder ... 60g
· Powdered sugar ... 100 g
· Ganache ... 100g
Topping
· Chocolate ... appropriate amount
· White chocolate ... appropriate amount
· Strawberry chocolate ... appropriate amount
· Almond dice ... appropriate amount
· Coconut fine ... appropriate amount
· Topping sugar ... appropriate amount
· Chocolate spray ... appropriate amount
■ Steps
1. Add egg white and sugar to the bowl to make a firm meringue
2. Add the powdered sugar with almond powder and macaronage until gloss appears on the surface
3. Squeeze the macaroon dough into a ring shape (keep it at room temperature until the surface dries)
4. Bake (preheat the oven to 160 degrees) at 140 degrees for 15 minutes
5. Squeeze ganache on the baked macaroon
6. Coat chocolate on the surface of macaroons and add the topping, finish!
