Sweet and sour fun sweets made with ruby chocolate.
When made with agar, it has a plump texture.
・ Ruby chocolate… 100g
・ Chocolate… 100g
・ Sugar ... 30g
・ Agar ... 5g
・ Water… 200ml
・ Edible flower… One
・ Gold leaf… appropriate amount
1. Pour chocolates and melt, then pour into a lip mold. Cool in a refrigerator and harden.
2. Put agar and sugar in a pan and mix.
Add water and mix to dissolve, boil gently over medium heat and cool.
3. Add gold leaf and mix.
4. Pour it in a lip shape, decorate the edible flower, cool it in the refrigerator, harden it and complete it.
