■ Ingredients
· Sponge Cake No. 5 size ... 2 units
· Pineapple ... 100g
· Strawberry ... 5
· Muscat grapes ... 5
· Apple ... 1/2
· Banana ... 1/2
· Whipped cream ... 150g

Meringue
· Egg whites ... 60g
· Sugar ... 110 g
Leaf parts
· Matcha chocolate ... appropriate amount

■ Steps
Prepare the meringue in advance and put it in the refrigerator.

1. Melt the green tea chocolate, stretch it in the form of a leaf with a spoon and cool it in the refrigerator.
2. Cut two sponge cakes in half and spread on the whipped cream evenly.
3. Arrange fruits cut into appropriate sizes on, spread more whipped cream on and overlay the sponge cake.
4. Shave off a little around the edges so that it has a cylindrical shape, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
5. After putting it to rest for 1 hour, spread the whipped cream around and squeeze the meringue.
6. Toast the part of the meringue with a torch.
7. Decorate with matcha chocolate and it's done♪
