Fluffy Matcha Chiffon Cake

- Granulated sugar ... 50g
· Milk ... 1 tbsp
· Coconut oil ... 2 tbsp
· Pancake mix ... 50g
· Matcha powder ... 1.5 tsp

· Fresh cream ... some
· Sweet cooked chestnut ... some
· Azuki beans ... some
· Soy bean powder (kinako) ... some
【How to make】
1. Divide eggs into egg yolk and egg white. Add half amount (25g) of granulated sugar to egg white and beat it.
2. Add the remaining granulated sugar (25g) to egg yolk and mix. Mix it with milk, coconut oil, pancake mix, and matcha.
3. Mix No.q and No.2.
4. Add 3 to the chiffon mold.
5. Put a plastic wrap and then microwave at 600w for 2.5 mins and let it cool down.
6. Take it out of the mold and complete with you favorite topping!
